iVEND Technology

These machines have iVEND Technology. This means there are drop sensors in the delivery bucket and if your product does not break these sensors you will not be charged. In other words if your product never made it to the delivery bucket you did not get charged.

If you use a card, your transaction will be canceled. If you used cash your cash will be returned to you.

ATTENTION DEBIT CARD USERS

Your bank will place a hold on your account greater than the amount to purchase one or multiple items in a single vent transaction. This whole amount will be updated to reflect the actual transaction amount within 24 to 72 hours on the policy of your bank. Your final charge amount will be only for items vended. Any questions regarding your bank policy on account hold should be directed to your bank.
